What is the estimated delivery time?
Depending on products ordered, it takes an average of 3 working days to 5 working days to make products ordered on Engrap. Delivery depending on your location is an estimated 2 to 5 working days.

How much are the delivery charges?
Engrap delivers items purchased from us across Nigeria. The delivery charge is dependent on your location within the country. Delivery cost is calculated on check out once you input your address. All orders are exclusive of shipping costs unless otherwise mentioned.

How will the delivery be done?
Depending on your delivery address, we process our deliveries through Engrap Direct Delivery and Fedex.

Does Engrap deliver internationally?
Yes, Engrap delivers internationally, the delivery charge will be calculated on check out depending on your location.

What is Engrap’s return policy?
As most of our items will be personalized and customized to your taste or design, your chosen design/product will first be sent to you for your approval before final production. Once approved and produced, these items cannot be returned unless defective or completely and objectively different from what you have approved. Such items will need to be returned for examination, and if within exception refund will be made via a mode of payment used for purchase. Save for these two exceptions, we shall not be held liable for errors after approval from you.
